Privacy on McDonough Window Pros
This site runs one form. This page says what that form collects, who receives it, what we do not do with it, and how to have it removed.
What the quote form collects
Four things, because the form has four fields: your name, a phone number, the property location you type in, and the service you select from the list. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.
Where it goes
The form posts through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which emails the submission to us. We pass it to the independent local contractor who carries out the work so he can price your job and get back to you. That is the entire chain of people who see it.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it or add it to a marketing list sold on to anyone else. We do not use it to call you about unrelated services. If you ask a question and decide not to go ahead, that is the end of it.
Calls
Calls to the number on this site are routed through a call tracking service, which records the fact that a call happened and which number it came from so we know the site is working. If you would rather not go through it, use the form instead.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Pages embed a Google map on the service area and home pages, which is loaded from Google and subject to Google's own terms.
Keeping and deleting
Quote requests are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. To have yours deleted, send the name and phone number you used through the contact form with the word delete in the message, or say so on the phone, and it goes.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
